Polarity Therapy and Reiki, both energy-based healing modalities, can be combined to enhance overall wellness. Polarity Therapy focuses on balancing the body's energy flow through touch, stretching, and bodywork, targeting specific energy points to restore harmony. Reiki, on the other hand, uses gentle hand placements to channel universal life energy, promoting relaxation and healing. Together, these therapies create a synergistic effect, helping to release blockages, reduce stress, and support the body's natural healing processes. The combination offers a holistic approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel appointments free of charge. After this, there is a 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours and 100% charge for no-shows and cancellations on the day.
