Our ​Organic Natural Facial is a tailored facial treatment, incorporating a relaxing facial routine using a variety of Neil's Yard Remedies organic products to suit your skin type, combined with face, hands, arms and scalp massage. ​It isn’t just skin deep, it’s a sensual and deeply relaxing experience, aiming to give long-term benefits and a greater sense of well-being. The treatment involves a cleanse, exfoliation, mask, and mosturising. The specific products used will vary according to your individual requirements, therefore giving you a bespoke treatment.​ The face is pampered with hands, guasha stones, a jade roller, and heated cotton cloths and pads. After the facial routine, you'll be pampered with a relaxing scalp, neck, and shoulder massage, and an acupressure face massage to leave float away back to your routine. You can choose between a 60-minute facial as described above, or a 90-minute with an extra foot and shins massage. Please note that these facials do not include extraction. Regular treatments will provide long-term benefits and a greater sense of well-being.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel appointments free of charge. After this, there is a 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours and 100% charge for no-shows and cancellations on the day.
