After a relaxed consultation over herbal tea, your session is intuitively tailored using a blend of therapies such as massage, reflexology, Reiki, sound healing, body cupping, aromatherapy and breathwork. We finish with time to integrate and ground, leaving you feeling rested, rebalanced and restored.
