Aromatherapy and Yoga Day Retreat

Join us at the serene Barcombe Hall, where wide skies and rolling countryside invite you to slow down and replenish. With yoga teacher Rachael Chung, you’ll move through two restorative yoga sessions, be immersed in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, and share a nourishing seasonal vegetarian lunch. I’ll also guide you in an aromatherapy workshop, where you’ll create your own personalised essential oil blend to support you during the afternoon practice and carry home as a gentle companion through the winter months.
