It is recommended to receive this treatment regularly to experience the full benefit, especially if you suffer from hay fever, sinusitis or seasonal allergies. The nose is the door to consciousness and the pathway to our inner pharmacy. Nasya treatment is the nasal administration of an herbal infused oil (anu thailam) that encourages the nasal cavity to expel toxin-filled mucous while penetrating the area and killing harmful bacteria. It is both nurturing and nourishing for the sinus, nose, throat, and head. It is thought that the cleansing of the nasal passages helps heal the brain and nervous system while restoring balance and the free flow of prana (life energy) into our body. Nasya is recommended and has been proven to be very effective to help manage conditions such as: Hay fever Seasonal allergies Sinusitis and other sinus issues Excess mucus production Migraines Stress Memory loss Insomnia Your treatment will commence in our beautifully warmed treatment room. Your face, neck, head, and shoulders will be gently massaged using an essential oils infused blend. Once you're nicely relaxed, Anu Thailam will be applied to the nasal cavity, and a gentle face massage will help the oil to spread and be absorbed by the sinuses.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice to cancel appointments free of charge. After this, there is a 50% charge for cancellations within 24 hours and 100% charge for no-shows and cancellations on the day.
