Thorough consultation where we discuss your habits from birth to now, in order to find out your Ayurvedic body type (prakruti) and your imbalanced dosha(s) (vikruti). A pulse and tongue diagnosis will also be taken to identify your Ayurvedic doshic built. ( if consultation is in person) During this time, we can discuss your physical and mental issues and anything in the way of your well-being. I will help you understand the appropriate Ayurvedic program or steps of action for you. After the consultation, you will receive informative material with tips and info on lifestyle and nutrition according to your doshic type.
